The Road Less Travelled features 5 Loops which start and end in Beaufort West. Back roads, not frequently travelled but leading to amazing and surprising destinations.
These loops have been names after the Shy Five – All found in the area. Sightings of this group of shy animals are few and far between. Four of the shy five are nocturnal which makes seeing them that much harder, yet more rewarding! They are Aardvark, Aardwolf, Bat Eared Fox, Porcupine and Meerkat!
